济南锻件厂在生产锻件的过程中的能耗主要是燃料消耗,大部分厂家采用天然气,是锻造厂生产中的主要能源消耗。在重型锻造厂燃料消耗占各种能耗的80%以上。对于锻造厂降低锻件炉耗意义重大,常用的措施是:

1、采用合理热源:大部分厂家采用天然气,天然气不仅成本低,还能享受补助,而且也长久对环境污染小。

2、采用先进的加热炉型,毛坯、锻件燃气加热炉采用数字化蓄热式高速脉冲燃烧和控制技术及连续供给燃料蓄热式脉冲燃烧和控制技术。对比采用常规高速烧嘴+空气预热器的燃烧方式,应用于高温锻造加热炉,节能率高达50%,炉温均匀性控制在±10℃之间,应用于中、低温热处理炉,节能率达30-50%,炉温均匀性控制在±5℃之间。

3、采用热料装炉工艺:热料装炉是进行大锻件加热的有效节能措施,锻造厂车间入炉加热,一般入炉温度控制在600℃以上。与冷料装炉相比,可节能40-45%,同时可以节省加热时间,减少加热配置数量,提高生产效率。

4、余热回收技术,燃料炉中排出的烟气温度高达600-1200℃,带走的热量占总热量的30-70%,对这部分热量的回收利用是锻造车间节能的重要途径。目前主要的利用方式是采用预热器,即利用烟气余热对助燃空气和气体燃料进行加热。随着国家对节能减排的大力推进,余热二次回收利用技术在锻造行业中的应用将越来越广泛。
